When I first began hypnotherapy with Dr. Bhardwaj, I was very nervous however it was some thing I knew I had to do.  I knew I was not over my tragic experience, with frequent crying, anxiety, palpitations, and even fear of talking to other people about my tragedy.   I was mostly nervous to start hypnotherapy, because I did not want to bring all those years of suppressed depression that I’ve been holding back all these years. Dr. Bhardwaj was very understanding and told me what to expect before my sessions.  He first started with a thorough history about me, my family, my past & my present.
He was was slow and thorough and gave me my time in proceeding to the next steps during therapy.
Even after my first therapy, I felt like a huge burden was lifted off my shoulders.  I felt light, I already began feeling that I was not afraid of thinking or talking about my past tragedy.  Moreover, he also helped with me dealing with many hidden feelings I had suppressed over 45 years They weren’t even related to my personal tragedy.

I took sessions with Dr. Manoj Bhardwaj for Integrated Hypnotherapy for my condition which was not suitable for allopathic treatment or medicines. I was more concerned with the side effects of the allopathic medicine so I preferred this specialized therapy which only few practitioners offer in Houston and Dr. Manoj was my first choice. This technique is very effective and I had full faith even before we started on my case which was more of a confused state of mind with guilt. We went through pre-questionnaire and then had first session. Every session I was feeling better and better.
