Although certain facilitators may hold medical licenses in Texas, all services offered through Quantum MDs are provided strictly in a wellness, educational, and coaching capacity.
NO MEDICAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

The Website is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Your participation in any Program is voluntary.
You acknowledge that breathwork, somatic release, and emotional processing practices may involve physical or psychological risks.
You assume full responsibility for your participation.
If you create an account:
Payments are processed through Stripe or other third-party processors.
You authorize Quantum MDs to charge your selected payment method.
We do not store full payment card information.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.
You may cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Program start time.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
Retreat-specific policies may apply and will be disclosed separately.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PROGRAM IN QUESTION.
This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct under Texas law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Behl Enterprises LLC d/b/a Quantum MDs and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims arising out of:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Program shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration:

YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Venue for any court proceeding (if arbitration is deemed unenforceable) shall be Harris County, Texas.
Quantum MDs shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, government action, or facility closures.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of modifications.
